About these terms
These terms cover your use of Barlo: Gym & Weight Log and barlo.fit. References to Barlo include the app and the website, as appropriate. Contact support@barlo.fit with questions.
Your download and use of an app are also subject to the applicable store terms and licence. For Apple downloads, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement applies where no separate custom licence is supplied. These terms do not replace mandatory store conditions or rights provided by law.
Using Barlo
Barlo is a tool for recording lifts, weights, repetitions and related progress. You may use it for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code or use it to infringe another person’s rights.
You are responsible for the information you enter and for protecting your device. Check the weight units, equipment convention and entries before relying on a record. Calculated records and progress reflect the information recorded; they are not independent verification of performance.
Training decisions
Barlo does not provide medical advice, personalised coaching or a prescription for safe exercise. A previous lift, goal, sample weight or progress calculation is not a recommendation to attempt that weight.
Choose exercise and loads appropriate to your circumstances. If you need advice about an injury, medical condition or safe training, consult a qualified professional. Nothing here limits responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your records and privacy
Your training records are stored locally. Device loss, removal of app data, hardware failure or other problems can make records unavailable. Operating-system backups depend on your device and settings; Barlo does not promise a backup, cross-device sync or recovery service.
You retain your rights in information you enter. The privacy policy explains local storage, device backups, deletion, widgets, website hosting and support correspondence. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information to support.
Website previews and store availability
The website’s phone screenshots and interactive scenes illustrate Barlo using sample data. They do not record your sets or provide personalised training instructions. Features and presentation can vary between platforms and versions.
Use the linked store listings for availability in your country and on your device. Google Play preregistration is managed by Google and does not promise a particular release date. Any store pricing, payment and refund conditions are shown by the relevant store; this website does not take payments.
Content and ownership
The Barlo name, app, website design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Store badges, third-party software and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their licences.
You may share links and use content as permitted by law. Do not misrepresent ownership or imply an endorsement. These terms do not restrict statutory exceptions or rights granted by open-source licences.
Availability and your rights
We take reasonable care with Barlo, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every error will be avoided. Features may change with updates. Tell us about problems at support@barlo.fit so we can investigate.
Your statutory rights remain. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Nothing limits liability for fraud or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Barlo changes. The date on this page identifies the latest revision. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove accrued rights. Where required, we will notify you of material changes. If any provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining terms continue only to the extent permitted by law.
