About these terms
These terms describe use of the Barlo website and its informational previews. They do not govern a released iPhone app, an App Store purchase or a subscription.
The website introduces a product in development. Preview features, designs and sample values may change. There is no purchase, registration or download commitment on this website.
Using the website
You may browse the website, use its interactive previews and share links to it. Please use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or misuse it to obtain another person’s information.
Reporting a suspected security issue privately is welcome. Keep any investigation proportionate, avoid collecting other people’s data, and do not disrupt the service.
Understanding the previews
Phone screens and lifting examples show illustrative sample data. They do not save your sets, operate an account, process payments or provide personalised recommendations. Example weights and repetitions are not training targets.
Barlo’s focus is recording what was lifted. The website is not a training programme, medical service or substitute for advice suited to your circumstances.
Content and ownership
The Barlo name, visual assets, website design and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party software and other materials remain subject to their respective licences and rights.
You may share links and use content as permitted by applicable law. Do not misrepresent ownership, imply an endorsement that does not exist, or republish the website as your own product. These terms do not remove lawful fair-use, fair-dealing or other statutory exceptions.
Privacy
The Privacy policy explains the current website’s handling of information, including the distinction between website tracking and the connection information a host needs to serve pages.
Please do not send information about another person without authority, or include unnecessary sensitive information in a support or security enquiry.
Availability and your rights
Reasonable care is taken with the website, but a development preview may contain errors or become unavailable. Features and availability may change as the product develops. It should not be relied on as a promise of a release date or final functionality.
Your statutory rights remain. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not limit liability for fraud or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
The date above identifies the latest revision. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights or remedies that have already arisen. A future app or paid service will provide its applicable terms before you are asked to use or purchase it.
If part of these terms cannot lawfully apply, the remaining terms continue only to the extent permitted by law.
