A few details.

What to expect from Barlo.

Can I download Barlo yet?

Barlo is in development and is not available to download yet. The store buttons are marked “Coming soon”; there is no download or sign-up required to explore this preview.

Do I need to record every set?

The idea is to keep the sets that matter to you. One useful result can be enough to remember where you left off.

What about dumbbells and machines?

The planned app keeps the load convention visible: weight per dumbbell, total barbell load, or a particular machine. Different equipment should keep its own context.

Will Barlo tell me how to train?

Barlo is designed as a focused record of what you lifted. Training programmes, coaching, and meal plans are outside that focus.
